Win back the cost of Christmas campaign 2019


In a bid to maintain the customer’s attention during a traditional ‘seasonal slump’, we have pulled together the following campaign for December 2019.

About the offer
The campaign will run from Monday 2nd December 2019, throughout the whole of the festive period until 31st December 2019. We’ll be giving back the ‘cost of Christmas’ (£1,000) to one lucky customer who visits one of our Quick Lane centres during the month. For customers to be in with a chance of winning this prize, they must have had a transaction with the business that results in an invoice number being raised. The work carried out on the vehicle can be of a wide range and there is no minimum entry cost to the competition. As you can see from the header banner above, the creative execution and media channels will follow this look and feel, with digital activity going live on your website first thing on Monday 2nd December.

Marketing channels
To promote the campaign we will be utilising a number of different marketing channels. Each location will have a strong social media presence supported by your website and printed materials to support (outdoor banner and reception poster). All materials will arrive before the campaign begins if they have not already done so.

How it works
Each entrant must have an invoice against their name to prove they have transacted at one of our centres throughout the month of December. The customers MUST give consent to be entered into the prize draw through a ‘data protection’ sticker that must be attached to each invoice (entry) and signed by the customer. (These stickers have already been sent to you. If you require more to be ordered, please contact a member of the Quick Lane team.) These will then be collected and collated by your Local Quick Lane Operations Manager. All entries from each centre will be grouped together for the national prize draw. You will be notified if the winning entry comes from your location.
FREE Winter Health Check – ‘Get ready for the Christmas drive home’

In addition to the above campaign, throughout the Christmas period we will also be encouraging customers to visit their nearest centre to ensure their vehicle is ready for that all-important drive home for Christmas. The artwork above will be utilised across all digital channels to help promote our FREE Vehicle Health Check throughout the Christmas period, and to ultimately help our customers get their vehicle ‘Christmas-ready’.
