Servicing with Omnicraft Campaign 1st September to 31st October 2019.

Customer ‘win back the cost of your service’ and staff sales incentive.


For 2019 we’ve outlined a clear drive to promote our servicing offering to new and existing customers, we’ve also outlined objectives to ensure Omnicraft Parts are included in such work.

About the offer

The campaign will initially run for a two-month period across September and October 2019. We’ll be giving back the cost of a vehicle service to 10 lucky winners across the network. For customers to be in with a chance of winning this prize they have to have their car serviced at Quick Lane with a minimum of one Omnicraft part used in the service of their vehicle between 1st September to 31st October 2019. As you can see from the header banner above, the creative execution and media channels will follow this creative look and feel with digital activity going live on your microsite first thing on Monday 2nd September.

Marketing channels

To promote the campaign we will be utilising a number of different marketing channels. Each location will have a strong social media presence supported by your microsite and printed materials to support (Outdoor Banner & Reception Panel). We will provide you with an overlay sticker for your existing banner to update the T&Cs as the artwork and design will remain the same.

How it works

A minimum of one Omnicraft part must be clearly shown on the invoice for the customer to be eligible for entry into the competition prize draw. The customers MUST give consent to be entered into the prize draw through a ‘Data Protection’ sticker that must be attached to each eligible invoice (entry) and signed by the customer. (These stickers have already been sent to you for the previous campaign. If you require more to be ordered, please contact a member of the Quick Lane team.) These will then be collected and collated by your Local Quick Lane Operations Manager. All entries from each centre will be grouped together for the national prize draw. You will be notified if one of the winning entries comes from your location.

Staff sales incentive

To reward your active participation in this fabulous campaign for each promotion you are eligible to win up to £1,000 of holiday vouchers for your team. There will be three prizes on offer: 1st £1,000, 2nd £750 and 3rd £650 worth of vouchers for the top three performers. Each entered service will count towards your target and the top three at the end of the three campaigns will win. Regular leagues will be issued so that you can track your performance. Targets have been set against your retail services carried out in the same period last year.
